How fast can you turn ITDD around?
3 weeks from data room access to final report for a mid-market deal. We can compress to 2 weeks for confirmatory diligence or stretch to 5 weeks for complex platforms with multiple sub-entities. The report ships to your IC deck format.
Do you work directly with sponsors or only through operating partners?
Both. Many of our engagements run directly with the sponsor's deal team for diligence, then transition to the portfolio operations team for execution. We also work with operating partner shops as a senior bench they can pull in deal-by-deal.
Can you handle carveouts from large corporate parents?
Yes. Carveouts are some of our hardest and most rewarding work. We map TSA scope, build the separated IT environment in parallel, and execute cutover with rollback options. We've cleanly separated mid-market divisions from parents on a 60 / 90 / 120 day arc.
