No. Our customers procure directly from manufacturers or their preferred VAR. That's deliberate. It keeps our recommendations honest. We make our money on advisory and implementation, not hardware margin.
Will you help us push back on a quote?
Yes. We know what the right discount is for a given mix and volume. We've reviewed and renegotiated more than $50M in hardware procurement over the last few years.
Can you compare consumer-grade vs enterprise gear?
Yes, and we'll tell you when consumer-grade is fine. Not every WiFi access point or storage array needs to be enterprise. We optimize for actual need, not vendor preference.
Do you spec for sustainability / power efficiency?
Yes. Power, cooling, and rack space are real budget items. We model TCO including operational costs, not just capex.
