How fast can you place a resource?
Most roles: 5 to 10 business days from intake to first day. Specialized roles or security-cleared roles: 15 to 30 days.
Minimum engagement length?
Three months. Most engagements run 6 to 12 months.
Is this contract or contract-to-hire?
Either. Most clients start contract; about 30% convert to direct-hire after 6 months. Conversion fees apply.
