How do you stay vendor-neutral when every vendor wants a partnership?

We carry partner certifications (Microsoft, AWS, Google) but no revenue quotas. We never sell hardware or licensing directly. You procure on your terms. That's how we keep recommendations honest.

What size of infrastructure project do you take on?

From a $50K WiFi site survey to a $5M+ multi-site infrastructure refresh. Our sweet spot is mid-market and enterprise,50 to 1,000-employee organizations, but we support larger engagements too.

How do you handle cutover risk?

Every cutover has a rollback plan, a kill switch, a war-room cadence, and a comms plan for execs. We schedule risky moves for low-traffic windows and we run dress rehearsals. We don't break things that aren't already broken.

Will you work alongside our existing IT team?

Yes, and we prefer it. Most engagements pair our consultants with your team, with knowledge-transfer baked in. The best signal that we did good work is that your team can run it without us afterwards.
