WiFi
Deployment
Analysis.
WiFi that works everywhere, every time. Predictive site surveys, post-install validation, and AP placement designed by engineers who actually understand RF, not salespeople with a heatmap tool.
Plain English
What is
WiFi Deployment Analysis?
WiFi deployment analysis is the engineering work of designing, validating, and optimizing wireless networks, predictive surveys before deployment, walking surveys after, and ongoing optimization. It covers RF coverage modeling, AP placement, channel planning, interference identification, capacity planning, and roaming optimization for laptops, phones, IoT, scanners, and VoIP.
What's Included
What's
In Scope
Predictive Survey
Before you buy a single AP. CAD/BIM-based RF modeling for new builds, expansions, and tenant fit-outs.
Walking Survey
Post-install validation with calibrated tools (Ekahau, NetAlly, Hamina). Heat-maps, interference maps, roaming maps.
AP Placement Plan
Mount points, cable runs, channel plan, transmit power, antenna selection. PoE budget per closet.
Capacity Modeling
Real device counts, real bandwidth profiles. Warehouses with scanners. Hospitals with VoIP. Schools with 1:1 laptops.
Vendor-Agnostic Design
Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Juniper Mist, Extreme, Ruckus, Fortinet. We design to the use case, not the vendor.
Multi-Site Standards
Single design pattern that scales across 10 or 1,000 sites. Procurement standards, installation playbooks, validation checklists.
Vendor-Neutral

Who This Is For
You'll Recognize
Yourself Here
Warehouses & manufacturing
Scanner roaming, VoIP handoffs, IoT density. We've designed for distribution centers and plant floors.
Healthcare
Patient telemetry, EMR carts, voice over WiFi. Coverage everywhere, interference nowhere.
Multi-site retail
47 stores, one design pattern. Procurement standards, installation playbooks, central management.
Schools & higher ed
Classroom density, dorm coverage, 1:1 device support. Ekahau-validated coverage maps.
Open-floor offices
Hot-desking, conference room loads, executive areas. WiFi 6E migration planning.
Outdoor & campus
Stadium coverage, campus quads, parking structures. Point-to-point links and mesh design.
Partner of Choice
Why Tech Critic
Real architects on day one
Senior infrastructure architects with 15+ years of enterprise scars, not pre-sales people in disguise. We've designed networks for hospitals, banks, and manufacturers.
Vendor-neutral, not vendor-naïve
Deep hands-on across Cisco, Palo Alto, VMware, Microsoft, AWS, Azure, GCP, and Nutanix. We recommend what's right, not what pays the highest margin.
Fixed-scope, milestone-based
Written estimates before any work begins. Most engagements are priced by deliverable, not by the hour. You always know what 'done' looks like.
End-to-end ownership
From design through cutover through 90-day post-launch tune-up. We don't disappear after kickoff and we don't blame your team when something needs tweaking.
Five offices, one standard
Dallas HQ, Bogotá and Medellín for LATAM nearshore, plus Lahore and Dubai. Every office is ours. We don't outsource.
Operations playbooks included
Every deliverable comes with runbooks, dashboards, and documentation good enough that your team can actually own it after we leave.
You've Got Q's
We've Got A's
Don't see your question? Just ask.
How much does a site survey cost?
Predictive surveys: $3K to $8K for typical office floor plates. Walking surveys: $5K to $15K depending on size. Multi-site programs are priced per location with volume discounts.
Do you install the APs?
We can, or we'll work with your installer / VAR. Either way, we own the design and validation.
WiFi 6 vs WiFi 6E vs WiFi 7?
Depends on use case and refresh cycle. We'll model the cost-benefit honestly, often WiFi 6E is the sweet spot for enterprise refreshes through 2027.
Will you help with PoE and cabling design?
Yes: PoE budgets, switch port allocation, and structured cabling are part of every WiFi design we deliver.
