System
Implementation.
Software rollouts that actually land. We've taken ERP, CRM, ITSM, and platform suites live for hospitals, manufacturers, banks, and SaaS companies, on schedule, on budget, and with your people still talking to you.
Plain English
What is
System Implementation?
System implementation is the end-to-end deployment of a business-critical software platform. From vendor selection through configuration, data migration, integration, testing, training, and production cutover. It's where the gap between 'we bought the software' and 'we're actually using it well' gets closed, or doesn't.
What's Included
What's
In Scope
Vendor Selection
Requirements workshops, weighted scorecards, demo scripts, reference checks, and contract negotiation support. Honest read on each vendor's strengths.
Configuration & Build
Modules configured to your actual processes, not their out-of-box defaults. Workflow design, role design, integration design.
Data Migration
ETL design, data quality cleanup, validation rules, dry runs, and cutover scripts. Most implementations fail on data. We don't.
Integration
APIs, middleware, event-driven flows. Integration tests in lower environments before production. No silent failures.
UAT & Training
Test scripts written by people who'll actually use the system. Role-based training. Change-management runway.
Cutover & Hypercare
Cutover plan with rollback, war-room cadence, 24/7 support during the first two weeks. We're there until it's actually working.
How We Engage
Our
Approach
-
Discover
Stakeholder workshops, process mapping, current-state and target-state design. Avoid the bake-off until requirements are clear.
-
Select
Weighted scorecards, demo scripts, reference calls, and contract negotiation. We help you pick vendors you'll still like in 3 years.
-
Implement
Phased build with sprint reviews. Data migration dry runs. Integration in lower environments. UAT with real users.
-
Cutover
Go-live with war-room support, rollback plan, and 2-week hypercare. Then a 90-day tune-up to address what only emerges in production.
Vendor-Neutral
Platforms We Implement
Who This Is For
You'll Recognize
Yourself Here
Mid-market upgraders
You've outgrown QuickBooks, Salesforce Essentials, or a homegrown system. Time for the grown-up platform, without the consulting horror story.
Failed-implementation rescues
A previous vendor blew the rollout. You need a steady hand to land the plane.
Multi-system consolidators
You're collapsing 5 tools into 2. We design the consolidation and run the migration.
M&A integrators
You acquired a company on a different platform. We design and execute the integration roadmap.
Process re-engineers
Implementation is your excuse to rebuild how work flows. We design with the new process, not the old one.
Regulated environments
HIPAA, SOX, PCI compliance built into the configuration, audit trails, and access design.
Partner of Choice
Why Tech Critic
Real architects on day one
Senior infrastructure architects with 15+ years of enterprise scars, not pre-sales people in disguise. We've designed networks for hospitals, banks, and manufacturers.
Vendor-neutral, not vendor-naïve
Deep hands-on across Cisco, Palo Alto, VMware, Microsoft, AWS, Azure, GCP, and Nutanix. We recommend what's right, not what pays the highest margin.
Fixed-scope, milestone-based
Written estimates before any work begins. Most engagements are priced by deliverable, not by the hour. You always know what 'done' looks like.
End-to-end ownership
From design through cutover through 90-day post-launch tune-up. We don't disappear after kickoff and we don't blame your team when something needs tweaking.
Five offices, one standard
Dallas HQ, Bogotá and Medellín for LATAM nearshore, plus Lahore and Dubai. Every office is ours. We don't outsource.
Operations playbooks included
Every deliverable comes with runbooks, dashboards, and documentation good enough that your team can actually own it after we leave.
You've Got Q's
We've Got A's
Don't see your question? Just ask.
Are you a vendor implementation partner?
We carry certifications across the major platforms but we don't take partner-program revenue. Our recommendations are vendor-neutral and our implementations are platform-agnostic.
How long does a typical implementation take?
Mid-market CRM: 8 to 14 weeks. ERP: 6 to 14 months. ITSM: 12 to 20 weeks. Multi-system consolidations: 9 to 18 months. Every estimate gets validated in discovery.
Do you help with change management?
Yes, organizational change management is a core consulting service. See our OCM page. Most implementations fail on adoption, not technology, so this work is non-negotiable.
What if our requirements aren't clear?
Most aren't. We run requirements workshops as the first phase. We won't let you sign a vendor contract until we agree what we're actually buying.
Will you stay on after go-live?
2-week hypercare is included; 90-day post-launch tune-up is included. Many clients extend us on an ongoing managed-service basis after that.
