Trucks Rolling.
Phones Ringing.
Books Closed.

Senior cybersecurity, infrastructure, and AI consulting for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, pest control, and the PE roll-ups building multi-state platforms in the segment. We know ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, and what it costs you when dispatch goes down for a day.

Why Home Services Is Different

Distributed.
Mobile.
Always On.

A home-services business is a distributed retail operation that lives in the field. Dispatch is the heart, the call center is the lungs, and the field-tech tablet is the hand that closes revenue. Take any of those down. ServiceTitan unreachable, VoIP carrier outage, ransomware locking the office. And you stop billing. Cyber insurance underwriters know it, and they're tightening their requirements every year.

Then there's the PE rollup reality: you're not running one company, you're running 4, 14, or 40 acquisitions with different CRMs, different VoIPs, different domains, and different security postures. The right answer isn't "rip and replace" overnight. It's an integration sequence that respects the cash flow of each acquired business.

FAQs for
Owners &
PE Operators

Don't see your question? Just ask.

We use ServiceTitan. Can you actually customize and integrate it?

Yes. Configuration, reporting, custom forms, API integrations to financing partners (GreenSky, Service Finance, Wisetack), QuickBooks / Sage / Acumatica sync, marketing automation tie-ins. We also unwind bad implementations where a previous partner copied a template config instead of mapping it to how your shop actually quotes and bills.

We're doing a roll-up. How do you handle Day-1 IT integration?

The right Day-1 stance is "freeze and inventory". Don't break what's making money. We document the acquired company's CRM, VoIP, AD/email, network, and payment-processing posture, run an IT diligence catch-up if it wasn't done, and put a 30/60/90 plan in front of the deal sponsor. Then we sequence integration around natural cutover moments. Pricebook unifications, off-season pauses, end-of-month billing windows. See our Private Equity page for the full operating model.

Ransomware hit our office. Can we still dispatch trucks tomorrow morning?

Probably, depending on how your stack is set up. If ServiceTitan / HCP / etc. Is SaaS and accounts are intact, you can dispatch from clean devices (we'll bring them). The hard part is your customer database integrity and the financial systems. We call this in 90 minutes if you'd already prepped, longer otherwise. Recovery, communications, and insurance work follows. See Ransomware Remediation.

Our cyber insurance renewal questionnaire is brutal. Can you help us answer it honestly?

Yes. And more importantly, get the answers to "yes" without lying. Carriers are auditing claims now. We work the questionnaire, identify what's missing (usually: MFA everywhere, EDR, immutable backups, privileged access), and stand the controls up before you re-sign. We've kept renewal pricing flat for clients who were heading toward a 40 to 60% bump.
